2. Safe and lawful use
I will not create, promote, or describe a pack in a way that encourages speeding, racing on public roads, trespass, obstruction, surveillance, or any unlawful or unsafe conduct.
3. Rights and license
I have the right to publish this content. I grant speed. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, distribute, moderate, and remove the submitted pack for operation of the community service.
4. Privacy
I will not include personal data, private-home locations, confidential information, or data that identifies or tracks a person without a lawful basis and their permission.
5. Moderation and responsibility
I remain responsible for my submission. speed. may reject or remove content at any time. The service and community files are provided without a guarantee of accuracy, availability, fitness, or continued hosting.
6. Acceptance record
Publishing requires Sign in with Apple and an explicit checkbox. The service records your Apple account subject identifier, terms version, acceptance time, and submitted pack identifier for audit and moderation.
